2. Contact form
When you submit the contact form, I process your name, email address, phone number if you provide it voluntarily, and the content of your message.
I use this data to handle your enquiry, reply to your message and communicate with you before we potentially start working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For general enquiries, the legal basis may be a legitimate interest in handling correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Your name, email address and message are needed for me to respond. Your phone number is optional. The form is not intended for sending medical records or detailed information about your health; please provide only the information needed for initial contact.
3. Retention period
If we do not start working together, I retain contact correspondence for no longer than 12 months after our last communication. I then delete it, unless further retention is required by law or necessary to protect legal claims.
If we start working together, you will receive separate information about further data processing, depending on the service provided.
4. Technical service providers
Personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with the web hosting and email service providers that operate the website and deliver messages. I do not share data for marketing profiling or sell it to third parties.
5. Google Maps
The contact page includes an embedded Google Maps map. When it loads, your browser connects to Google’s services. Google may process technical data, such as your IP address, device information and interactions with the service, and may use cookies or similar technologies.

6. Analytics and automated decision-making
This website does not use analytics or marketing tools. Data from the contact form is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, your rights include requesting access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing; objecting to processing based on legitimate interests; and requesting data portability where the legal conditions are met.

8. Updates
This information may be updated if the way the website operates or the service providers used change.
